Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products, returns and refunds for customer convenience are not accepted.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipping or a clear defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, including photos of the damaged area.
After confirming the situation, we will provide a refund or alternative resolution.
Please note that we cannot accept claims after this period.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 20 business days after the product has been returned to us.
The actual timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method used.

Return Shipping Policy

If the product is confirmed to be damaged during shipping or defective, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
