This Service is powered by Shopify; however, all sales of products are conducted directly by us.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using this Service. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Eligibility and Account)

When using this Service, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for the content of such information.

We strive to display the colors and textures of artworks as accurately as possible; however, actual appearance may vary depending on your viewing environment.
All artworks are one-of-a-kind, and availability is limited.

Article 3 (Orders and Contract Formation)

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A sales contract is formed when we accept your order.
As a general rule, cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted after an order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.

Article 4 (Pricing and Payment)

Product prices are as displayed on each product page.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and other charges may apply separately.

Article 5 (Shipping and Risk)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

However, in the event of damage during shipping or clear defects, we will respond in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to artworks, images, texts, designs, and other content on this Service belong to us or the respective rights holders.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright to the customer.

・Use any content for commercial purposes
・Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
・Use the artwork for secondary purposes (including merchandising or NFTs)

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

You agree not to engage in the following:

・Providing false or misleading information
・Interfering with the operation of the Service
・Infringing intellectual property rights

Article 9 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
