Orders will be shipped within the following timeframes after order confirmation:

Domestic Shipping: within 5 business days
International Shipping: within 10 business days

Please note that weekends, public holidays, and extended holiday periods are excluded.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Domestic Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of ¥800 (tax included) nationwide within Japan
International Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and artwork size

■ International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

■ Packaging

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

■ Shipping Issues

In the unlikely event of damage or defects during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Returns and refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
